Job Description

This position will be responsible for supporting budget/forecasting function, interpreting and analyzing financial data relating to the various categories of Shared Services as well as being responsible for providing support to the FP&A management team.

Essential functions

  • Assist in the development and preparation of annual budgets, monthly forecasts, and monthly reporting packages.
  • Build and manage financial databases by analyzing a wide range of data sources.
  • Create, manage, and communicate analytics & reporting dashboards to measure success through KPI's.
  • Prepares analytical review and variance analysis of results against budgets and forecasts.
  • Develop and maintain a good working relationship with both internal and external customers.
  • Adhere to all Company policies and procedures.
  • Other duties and special projects as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • CPA and/or MBA a plus, but not required.
  • Minimum 3 years of finance (including financial analytics) experience.
  • Must have excellent analytical and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience managing large data sets and building KPI dashboards.
  • Hands-on experience with forecasting/budget processes.
  • Excellent PC skills, including all MS Office products with extensive knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
  • Hyperion/Oracle Smart View experience preferred.
  • Financial modelling skills preferred.
  • Power BI experience is desired.
  • Highly driven, detail-oriented, and hard-working individual with high standards for self and others.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and able to effectively communicate in a professional manner with internal and external customers.
