Job Description

JOB SUMMARY:-

Responsible for the service of Pressure Control and Handling equipment as per applicable operational procedures, specifications, and specified requirements within safety parameters

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Keep warehouse tools and equipment in best working condition.
  • Prepare jobs and get tools and equipment ready on time as per specified requirements and supervisor’s instructions
  • Servicing all pressure control and handling equipment
  • Conduct day to day servicing, testing & visual inspections on all pressure control and handling tools
  • Prepare tools as per pre-rental and post-rental method statements
  • Obtaining and maintaining an inventory of expandable materials and parts for tools and items
  • Organizing and maintaining workshop area, testing station, paint area and store room
  • Perform pre-rental checks preventive maintenance system for products
  • Coordinating with supervisor and work according to daily, weekly tasks assigned as per operation schedule
  • Dispatch jobs as per delivery package and ensure products reaches customer in a correct and in a safely manner
  • Prepare and sets up necessary equipment to carry out servicing & testing, carries in accordance with company procedures.
  • Can perform periodic checks, testing of equipment as and when required
  • Receive goods and perform visual inspection as per good receiving procedure under supervision of supervisor
  • Ensure all products of scope of work conforming to the related standards, legal & contractual requirements.
  • Performing other duties as assigned, attend training and meetings when required
  • Perform daily, weekly monthly planned preventive maintenance to fork lifters and equipment as when required
  • Additional duties may be required either on a permanent or temporary basis within area of competence to fulfil the company’s needs.

Qualifications

Education / Qualification:

  • Equivalent to High School Diploma

Experience:

  •  2 years of practical experience in Oil and Gas services

Technical Skills:

  • Experience in managing expandable materials inventory
  • Fork lifter & overhead crane operations certifications
  • Operation of pressure test equipment

Administrative Skills:

  • Comply with deadlines
  • Handle the work pressure
  • Prompt reporting
  • Update the related records

HSE Competency:

As specified for the position.
