Job Description
Position Summary
- Coordinate and schedule transportation or logistics operations efficiently.
- Monitor and track shipments, vehicles, or personnel in real-time.
- Communicate with drivers, field teams, and clients to provide updates and instructions.
- Handle emergency situations and reroute as necessary to ensure timely delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of dispatch activities, schedules, and incidents.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and local transportation laws.
- Use dispatch software and GPS tracking systems to optimize routing and efficiency.
