Easy-Trak Casing Exit System
The Easy-Trak is a one-trip system that facilitates the quick cutting of uniform and usable windows, without the need to change bottom-hole assembly components. Available with hydraulic or mechanical anchors and in a wide range of standard and custom-made sizes, Parker’s Easy-Trak system offers the flexibility and precision needed for even the most challenging applications.
Features:
- Unique Whipstock and multi-mill combination to cut the window quickly
- One-trip system with mill, whipstock and anchor integrated assembly
- No trip-outs required to change the bottom-hole assembly for reaming operations
- Multi-mill is attached with flex-shear bolt arrangement to ease passage through doglegs and other minor obstructions
- Proven cutting structure using custom-blend carbides and specially designed tungsten inserts for quick cutting
- Reduced stress on the mill assembly during cut-out phase thanks to unique multi-mill design
- Multi-mill shear bolt is sheared in compression without movement of the whipstock
- Two retrieval methods – retrieving hook or die collar
- Whipstock can either be mechanically (MET) or hydraulically (HET) activated
- Patented hydraulic anchor activation allows for reliable and simple operations
